What we store

Your account (name, email, a hashed password), your team and its members, the products you add (URL and the AI's analysis of the public site), launch plans and drafts, the edits you make to drafts, tracked-link clicks (referrer and user agent, no cross-site tracking), and comments fetched from platforms where you have published.

Channel credentials you connect are encrypted at rest and used only to publish and reply as your account, at your instruction.

AI processing

Product analysis and drafting send your product's public site content and your drafts to the configured AI provider — Porten (EU) and/or Anthropic (US) depending on this instance's settings. Nothing is used to train models by us.

Cookies

Two, both essential: a login session and an anonymous-preview claim token. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.

Your rights

Delete your account on the Team page — it removes your data immediately, including teams where you are the only member and everything in them. For export requests or questions, contact the instance operator.
